Blustay is an independent online hotel booking platform. We are not the official website of a listed hotel and do not imply an affiliation with a hotel brand unless expressly stated. Hotel names and marks identify the property selected by the traveller.
Travellers are responsible for entering accurate names, stay dates, guest counts, contact details, and identification information. Incorrect details can prevent supplier confirmation or hotel check-in.
A successful online payment creates a Blustay order and payment receipt. It does not by itself mean that the hotel supplier has confirmed the reservation. Blustay begins securing the selected room after payment and records the supplier booking reference when confirmed.
After supplier confirmation, the order status changes to confirmed. The hotel voucher is issued no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time and is made available in My bookings and by email.
Blustay will offer the traveller a comparable alternative for review or a full refund of the amount paid online. An alternative is not substituted without the traveller's acceptance. Blustay does not promise a multiple or punitive refund.
The checkout page shows the online amount, taxes and fees, any amount payable at the property, and an applied promotion separately. Promotions apply only under their published terms. Availability remains subject to supplier confirmation until a hotel confirmation reference is recorded.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the selected room rate. Refundable and non-refundable rates are labelled before payment. Supplier penalties, no-show charges, and hotel-imposed charges may apply as disclosed in the selected terms. See the Refund Policy for failed-confirmation refunds and processing details.
Check-in requirements, identification, deposits, extra guest charges, child policies, pet policies, and local taxes may vary by hotel and destination. Travellers must follow the policies of the selected hotel.
Keep the Blustay order ID and hotel confirmation reference for support. Blustay maintains an audit record of payment verification, supplier confirmation, voucher issuance, alternatives, and refunds associated with the order.
