After Razorpay captures and Blustay verifies the payment, the order is marked Payment received. This is a payment receipt, not the hotel confirmation.
Blustay begins booking the selected room with the hotel supplier immediately and keeps the order in Reservation processing until a supplier booking reference is recorded.
When the supplier confirms the stay, My bookings shows Reservation confirmed and displays the hotel confirmation reference. A separate confirmation email is sent.
The hotel voucher is issued no later than 24 hours before scheduled check-in. It is made available in My bookings and sent to the registered email.
Blustay offers a comparable alternative for the traveller's approval or a full refund of the amount paid online. No alternative is accepted on the traveller's behalf.
